You are safe. You are in control.

Taking part in 9D breathwork can feel like a big step - particularly if you've never done anything like this before. At The Life Relief Project, safety isn't something we add to the experience. It's part of how the experience is designed.

  • Before your session - Everyone completes a short health form before taking part. It helps us make sure the session is suitable for you and lets us know if there's anything we should be aware of before we begin.

  • Before we begin - Every session starts with an introduction. We'll explain what to expect, how you'll always be in control, and what you might experience. Nothing starts until everyone is settled and ready. If you're nervous when you arrive, that's okay. Part of our job is making sure you're a lot less nervous by the time the headphones go on.

  • Trained facilitators - Sessions are facilitated by people trained specifically in 9D Breathwork. Our team is also trauma-aware, SFANZ and first aid trained plus hold current police vetting/checks.

  • You remain in control - You choose how deeply you participate. You can slow things down, remove your headphones or eye mask, sit up, or stop at any time.

  • No disclosure required - You don't need to tell the group why you're there. There's no sharing circle and no requirement to talk about trauma, grief or anything else personal.

  • A dedicated environment - The studio is set up specifically for 9D Breathwork. It has calming low-level ground lighting. Plus both heating and air conditioning.

  • Support during the session - A facilitator remains present throughout. Any physical contact is optional and consent-based. If you don't want to be touched, you won't be.

  • After your session - There's no rush to get up or leave. Bottled water and a small sweet treat are provided while you take a few minutes to settle back in, along with an information sheet to help with integration afterwards. Again there's no sharing circle and you won't be asked to talk about your experience, but your facilitator is available if you'd like to talk before you leave.

RF headphones - no Bluetooth - Our 9D headphones use radio frequency rather than Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is something you prefer to avoid, we've got you covered.
